Why I built ODYN

If you’re reading this, it probably means you’re taking your fertility seriously. That’s a great first step and honestly something a lot of people leave to chance.

I did too, and I was devastated when I found out I was clinically infertile.

ODYN exists to make male fertility honest, open, and science-led. For every man who wants to own his future and optimise his odds.

I built this for myself first. Now, it’s here for you.

I never thought I'd be the guy with a fertility problem

Turning 30 really f*cking sucked. In the first two months, my grandfather died, I started balding, and I was told I might never be a father.

I had just gotten my sperm test results back (on Valentines Day). Every parameter was borderline, but morphology was at 0%. The doctor shrugged and said, “You probably won’t be able to have kids.” His one piece of advice? “Try a supplement.” No guidance, no specifics.

“You probably won’t be able to have kids.”

I walked out in shock, straight into a full-blown existential crisis.

What does it mean to “be a man” if you can’t reproduce?

Building my own protocol

The following week was dark. But eventually, I decided I wouldn’t just give up. I started digging. I looked into the research, the studies, the data around what could actually improve sperm health.

What shocked me was how far off the supplements on the market were. None of them matched the ingredients or doses shown to be effective in clinical studies.

Not even close.

I wasn’t about to put the future of my family into the hands of something half-baked. If I was going to try to fix this, I was going to do it right.

So I built my own protocol, with ingredients and doses that lined up with the science. It was expensive. I felt like an old man with my 14 capsules a day (I even bought a pill box). But it paid off*.

After 5 months

  • Morphology

    From 0% to 3%

  • Concentration

    From 16mil/ml to 33mil/ml

  • Progressive Motility

    21% to 65%

These weren’t superhero numbers, but I went from zero to believing fatherhood was possible.

With that shift came a sense of hope I hadn’t felt in a long time. And that gave me the courage to start talking about it. I opened up to a few close friends. Every single one of them either had concerns about their fertility or knew someone struggling. But being hard-as-nails MEN, we don’t discuss these things openly. It’s on the same comfort level as talking about your prostate.

The truth is, most men don’t even think about sperm health until something goes wrong. Meanwhile, women are told to prepare for family planning years in advance. But the reality is that male factor infertility is the primary or contributing cause in up to 50% of cases. And sperm counts are dropping fast.

There’s loads of data out there but this Guardian article sums it up well.

And ODYN was born

That’s what pushed me to start ODYN. Not just to improve fertility, but to bring this topic into the light. Male fertility needs to be seen as something proactive, not just reactive.

This isn’t just about having kids. It’s about ownership. Confidence. Getting your body ready - whether you’re trying now, or just want to keep your sperm “game ready."

We all know those guys who are all-in on their fitness. They track macros, take, do CrossFit and obsess over their “sleep score.”

Why don’t we bring that same dedication to our fertility?

*A final note

ODYN isn’t a magic cure, and no supplement is a miracle. You'll often read reviews that claim success after 1 month (yet sperm takes 74 days to regenerate). That's because there are so many factors at play.

But supplements can help in a lot of cases. The ODYN Fertility Protocol only uses ingredients that are backed by real science, at proper doses. I genuinely believe they’ve played a big part in my results and can play a big part in optimising your odds too.
